Where can I park for my appointment?

You may park on the drive. If there isn’t space. There are plenty of places on Warren Close to park down the road.

 

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover others especially children under 16.

 

Do I need to pay a booking fee/Deposit?

For All new clients, 50% of the overall treatment cost is required to secure a booking. Without this your appointment may be given to somebody else.

 

What Payment methods do you accept?

I accept all means of Payment. Cash, Bank transfer and a Card machine for all credit and debit cards. This also accepts Apple and Google Pay.

 

Is there anything I need to do before my appointment?

A consent form will be sent to you via your email address for the treatment you have booked. This must be filled out, signed and sent back before your treatment date.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

I request you give me 48 hours notice so I can fill the slot. If you have already paid a deposit a refund will be sent back. However, failure to give 48hrs notice will unfortunately mean you lose the deposit.

What if I fail to show up to my appointment?

No show or cancel on the day and you will be charged for full payment,

 

Do you Offer Gift Vouchers?

Absolutely! These can be purchased through the website. Otherwise you may contact me through my Socials, WhatsApp or Email.

These will be sent by Second class Post. If first class is required please give plenty of notice.
